During this, former Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel said that the Congress government was a game changer, the BJP government is a name changer, the Congress government is patting its back by changing the names of the schemes. The cowsheds have been locked and rules have been made to send the livestock to Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan. The Gram Panchayat has the right to open the locks on the cowshed and keep the livestock there. This is a matter of their jurisdiction, no one can stop them. The ill-effects of closing the cowshed are that the livestock is dying in accidents. The Roka Chheka program has been stopped. The women self-help groups should operate the cowsheds as before and make vermicompost manure from cow dung and sell it. This will benefit the farmers as well as the women self-help groups. The livestock will also get protection. Bhupesh Baghel took a jibe at the Chief Minister and said that if he could not climb the gadi, he could have at least caught two people and taken a photo.
